Smart sensing doesn’t have to be complicated to make cultivation more sustainable and productive

October 18, 2017

It’s been a productive summer here at 30MHz. We’ve added new sensors to our growing portfolio, expanded our customer list and grown our team. Seeing how our customers use smart sensing technology to optimize productivity and profitability in their industries is a constant learning process. As we move swiftly into the fall season, we’ll be sharing that knowledge and lessons learned at various industry events. Next up, Agritec – East REAP Conference 2017 in the UK.

We spoke to Agri-tech East about our Smart Sensing Toolkit, what makes British agriculture a perfect fit for sensing technology, and why agritech just doesn’t need to be complicated to get results. Read the blog here.

If you’re in the United Kindom, meet us at REAP Conference 2017 on November 7th.

How can smart sensing transform your industry?
Sensory data from physical environments is helping businesses across industries make better decisions, improving productivity and cutting costs. Let's talk about how smart sensing can work for your organization. Get in touch below.

Let’s meet at CropTec 2017

30MHz customers use smart sensing technology across industries. But we have to admit, we get particularly excited to talk to farmers about how they’re using data from their environments to improve yields and refine their cultivation methods. Farmers are the original innovators– they’ve been at the cutting edge of innovation well before computers existed and continue ...

Can smart sensing prevent potato rot and blight?

This past week, the 30MHz UK team had the opportunity to join Agritech-East for its annual REAP event. Throughout the day of talks, we saw first-hand just how important a role technology can (and must!) play in creating a sustainable, productive and profitable future for agriculture. But if technology is going to make farmers’ jobs ...

Saving farmers’ time with smart sensing technology

“How do they do it?” The 30MHz team meets with its fair share of farmers, in the Netherlands and the world over. We get to tour greenhouses, fields and storage facilities, and hear firsthand from farmers how they work, what their challenges are, and where technology can play a role in increasing sustainability and productivity. With ...
